Biography
After initially teaching Form 3 (Grade 4) and Physical Education, Josh earned his Master’s Degree in Education and moved into administration. He has worked in private schools since 2015. Josh advocates for student enrichment programs and has helped grow technology in the classroom, clubs and athletics, and community service for Oak Crest students.
He is married and the father of a future Oak Crest Dragon as well as a preschooler who has already joined our school. Outside of school, Josh is an avid sports participant, ice hockey player, musician, and recording engineer. Before education, he worked in filmmaking and graphic design. He received several filmmaking awards including a Webby honoree for his student film project, “Clinton Ink.” He was a nominee for UNT’s Undergraduate Writing Award in 2015.
