Application Procedures
Please note that the following items are needed in order for an applicant to be eligible for admission.
- The completed application form
- Academic transcripts or progress reports for the last year for school-age students
- Updated immunization records
- A doctor’s statement saying that the student is able to participate in a school program or a parent’s statement stating that it will be supplied. See the form in this application.
Notification regarding admission is made within ten days following testing, providing that the enrollment forms are complete and transcripts have been submitted. Applicants are either phoned or mailed notification about the school’s decision regarding enrollment.
Students who are already enrolled are required to either have their parents update their existing application form by initialing and dating it, thereby stating that all information in it is still correct, or need to fill in a new form with current information yearly. A newly signed financial agreement is needed every school year.
