About
Biography
This is Claudia’s 11th year at Oak Crest. She emigrated from Germany at 27. After over a decade, she is still a happy middle school teacher. As an expert in our school’s programs and curriculum, she yields consistently high results from graduates. During Claudia’s tenure, she has taught students from Form 2 through Form 5. She is an active member of our school community using her knowledge of business and marketing to aid in our expansion efforts. She is dedicated to student success.
Outside of work, she is a wife and mother to a daughter (Oak Crest Class of 2024). She enjoys reading, painting, and singing (in the car with her daughter.) She loves music, working out, and dancing to stay active. In her free time, she travels back to Germany. Fun facts: She is a fully ordained minister and her favorite holiday is Christmas.
What is your favorite thing about Oak Crest?
I feel like I really make a difference in my students’ lives. After they graduate, those students continue to be remarkable in high school and college. They stay in touch with me, and we often become friends. I love the people I work with. Everyone looks out for one another; we are all friends.

Favorite subject in school:
Any language, but my favorite was French. I love languages. I also learned Latin and English.
